LUCKY 13 Convention Recap

FMCA held its 106th International Convention & RV Expo, nicknamed LUCKY 13 , on March 15-18, 2023. The event was held at the Georgia National Fairgrounds & Agricenter in Perry, Georgia. It was the thirteenth time FMCA has held a convention in Perry, and convention attendees were excited to return to the Peach State.

From the moment the first RVs started to arrive on-site until departure day, our attendees could definitely feel the excitement around this convention. We even celebrated St. Patrick’s Day together on the grounds!

From the educational seminars and crafts to the on-site RV displays and exhibitor halls, there were plenty of activities for everyone. The daytime and evening entertainment were very popular among the attendees as well.

Each day of the convention is filled with seminars on topics ranging from technical product guides, to trip planning, working from the road and various lifestyle topics. Former NFL tight-end, Ben Hartsock, is pictured here presenting a new seminar on the innerworkings of college football.

FMCA raised $7,500 for Genesis Joy House, a local Perry charity, during the Magic Mile walkathon and Driven to Care Silent Auction.

Attendees enjoyed three nights of evening entertainment, including country singer and FMCA member, Kenny Ray Horton.

RV shoppers had a selection of coaches to tour all week long with displays from some of the industry’s leading RV manufacturers.
